What is the information required for registration?
- Product serial number (listed on the back of the product)
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice number
What does the warranty cover?
All defective parts due to material defect or a failure of workmanship will be replaced free of cost. However, the customer will need to pay the associated shipping and transportation costs.
The warranty is only viable if the product has been registered online (prior to any claims).
The warranty does not cover a product damage that has resulted from accidents, improper use and maintenance, bad handling, excess moisture, lightning/power surges, or unauthorized tampering, modification, or purchases made from unauthorized technicians or dealers.
What is the time period of the warranty?
The CSC Audio warranty is valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. The purchase date listed on your invoice will be considered the date of purchase.
